I am a Parenting Coach, Personal Development Coach and Educational Consultant specialising in understanding and supporting Children and Young People's Social, Behavioural, Emotional and Wellbeing Needs. I've been supporting children and young people, their families and schools for more than 20 years and have worked with hundreds of children and young people, families and school staff! 

The evidence clearly shows that more and more of our children and young people are struggling to cope in an overwhelming world. Having spent over 20 years working with families and schools, I've realised that as our children's need increases, access to support decreases, waiting lists are endless and  there's very little practical and effective advice available to empower parents and schools to understand and support our children. 

At Destined for Greatness NI, I work with the adults in the dynamic. I support parents, schools, and communities, to develop the knowledge, skills and tools they need to help every child thrive. My goal is to empower the adults to understand and nurture the emotional well-being of our children and young people and foster the growth and success of every child. 

I provide accessible information, practical tools, and a nurturing network, helping parents to overcome the challenges of modern parenthood, find joy in their parenting journey and become confident and empowered leaders for their families.

I collaborate with schools, settings and communities to create inclusive, supportive and nurturing learning environments that inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
