Our most popular training options -

To see the change, we have to BE the change -

This whole-school training helps staff explore what it really means to build a trauma-informed, nurturing school community where every child can thrive.

Together, we’ll:

  • Understand why consistent, compassionate culture matters most for pupils facing adversity
  • Take a whistle-stop tour of core frameworks: ACES, Trauma-Informed Practice, Nurture Principles, and Neurosequential Development
  • Explore the shift toward relational practice and the practical 3Rs framework—Regulate, Relate, Reason—plus a vital fourth: Rupture and Repair
  • Reframe behaviour as communication of unmet need, and learn strategies for effective support, meaningful consequences, and relationship-focused approaches
  • Consider tools for planning, intervention, and measuring impact

This session is about challenging ourselves as professionals, nurturing growth across the team, and leading by example—because lasting change starts with us.

What You Feed Grows

This reflective staff training day places wellbeing, mindset, and resilience at the heart of professional practice.

Together, we’ll explore the lasting impact educators have—not just through what we teach, but through how we show up.

The session focuses on self-care, self-awareness, and sustainable wellbeing, while unpacking the idea of “response-ability,” challenging unhelpful mindsets, and reflecting on the values that drive us.

At its core is the belief that safe, respectful, supportive relationships are the foundation for learning—and that when we nurture our own growth, we become the difference that makes the difference.
