Parenting

We understand the challenges and struggles that come with raising children, that's why we offer a range of engaging workshops and programmes designed to help parents navigate the complexities of modern parenting while prioritising their own wellbeing.

By participating in our programmes, parents will learn valuable tools and insights that will not only benefit their children but also enhance their own personal growth and happiness.

Following each session, participants will receive a digital handbook - with content covered and more! Participant feedback (anonymous) is collected, collated and provided to organiser following the event.

POA - a deposit may be required to secure booking, with remaining balance invoiced after delivery of workshop/programme.

Parent Coaching Clinics

In our Parent Coaching Clinics I offer 1to1 support to parents and carers providing, advice support and signposting specific to their needs.

These clinics provide a safe space for parents to discuss any worries or concerns that may have about their children or issues they may be navigating within their families and to receive expert support. Parents will leave their session with actionable tools and strategies and a clear plan on how to move forward.

Clinics can be booked on a one off or recurring (monthly) basis. 1to1 sessions can take place in person or online and 1/2 hour or hour long slots are available.

From £50/hr invoiced on booking.

*For in person Coaching Clinics we operate a minimum booking of 2 hours.

*Please note that where travel is involved there may be an additional cost incurred.

Emotional Health and Wellbeing

In today's fast-paced and stressful world, it is more important than ever to prioritise emotional wellbeing. Our workshops focus on building emotional intelligence, promoting self-care practices, and fostering a positive mindset to improve overall mental health.

We work with participants at all ages and stages and tailor all of our work to meet the needs of participants involved. We pride ourselves of holding safe, secure, nurturing and trauma informed space to develop self-reflection, promote self awareness, build resilience, provide tools and strategies and encourage open conversations and community-building around emotional health and wellbeing.
