Extraordinary Educators aims to foster collaboration, provide professional development opportunities, and create a culture of support and encouragement among education staff whatever their role or setting.

Extraordinary educators place care before curriculum, prioritise connection and safety and strive to understand and support the social, behavioural, emotional and wellbeing needs of their learners. 

By prioritising relationships and focusing on understanding and supporting children and young people's SBEW needs and promoting trauma informed and nurturing practice we inspire, support and motivate our pupils to reach their full potential.
